*Shralpinism, coined by legendary snowboarder Jeremy Jones, is a blend of "shredding" (snowboarding/skiing) and "alpinism," representing a philosophy of deep mountain immersion, combining technical skill with respect for the alpine environment, risk assessment, and a soulful, experiential journey up and down mountains, not just a downhill thrill.
